2011 Goddard: Presentation by David Neyland, DARPA

David Neyland is the Director of the Tactical Technology Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Mr. Neyland was the luncheon guest speaker on day 2 of the 2011 Goddard Memorial Symposium. His presentation was on joint efforts between NASA and DARPA. As he noted, he was surprised to learn that he was the first speaker from DARPA to ever be invited to an AAS conference.
